Take full control of your brewing process with the variable temperature control of the Stagg EKG. Simply turn the knob on the base to select your desired temperature, which can be adjusted between 57 and 100 degrees Celsius. The small LCD screen on the base displays the selected temperature in real time as the water heats up, ensuring precision and accuracy.
Switch the toggle on the back of the base to HOLD mode, and the Stagg EKG will maintain your desired temperature for up to 1 hour. If the toggle is not in HOLD mode, the kettle will intelligently enter sleep mode once it reaches the desired temperature, conserving energy while still being readily available for use. As a bonus, the Stagg EKG also features a built-in brew stopwatch, allowing you to time your extraction perfectly after the water has reached the ideal temperature.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Milton Market or Genki Mart in Brisbane City on Sundays. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, we will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Milton Market: 6 am – 12pm on the 1st & 3rd Sunday of the month
Genki Mart: 10 am – 3 pm on the 2nd & last Sunday of the month
