Shipping Policy

Our coffee is roasted fresh to order! We do customised roasting to your needs and roast your coffee when you placed an order. We will make every effort to process and ship your order within 3 -5 business days.

After your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent with the confirmation email. If your order has not been received within the expected timeline, please check your tracking number online or reach out to us via our social media or email

Please double-check that you have entered your details correctly when checking out. Fabian Coffee does not take responsibility or accept liability for incorrect information supplied at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or return for goods delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout and redelivery may incur an administration and restocking fee.

Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged Goods
If you notice any damage to your goods please let us know at the time of delivery by emailing us at or contacting our social media. We recommend you inspect your goods thoroughly when you receive your order.

Faulty Goods
If your goods are deemed faulty within their Warranty Period, we will facilitate Warranty Replacement or Repair through the manufacturer.
